The Essential English Centre is owned by two female owners, offering English language programmes to international clients, hailing from all parts of the world. While their main product is English programmes, they also offer full packages to clients including accommodation, airport transfers, a university application service and more. The business operates as a private, independent language school based in the city centre of Manchester, making its sales largely though establishing business to business partnerships with language travel agents abroad, who send their clients to study with us. This has involved the establishment of an international brand, and extensive travel abroad to market the business.

Child Seat Safety Ltd

CSS Ltd provide training, consultation and expert advice to retailers, public services and the car seat industry. They deliver the only IOSH Child Seat Safety Awareness Qualification in Europe, provide expert advice at enforcement check events, and deliver bespoke training for the Public sector and private industry. In October 2015, they appeared on BBC Watchdog as their experts in an undercover investigation into the high street retailers, who sell and advised on child car seats. This followed many months of guidance and preparation with the BBC Team and resulted in four out of the five national retailers working with them on their staff training and service delivery.

All about managing, resolving and guarding against conflict resolution in organisations. The business provides this service in three distinct areas: Prevention; Early Intervention; Mediation. 1. Prevention is all about training managers to have the conversations that matter, with their staff. 2. The Early Intervention stage provides one to one coaching, telephone and email support to help managers tackle the immediate issue successfully and also equip them to deal with other issues in the future. 3. Sometimes disputes at work escalate and individuals become more entrenched.

The company is a Centre for delivering the Arts Award Scheme which is a range of unique qualifications that supports anyone aged up to 25 to grow as artists and arts leaders, inspiring them to connect with and take part in the wider arts world through taking challenges in an art form.
